梁永齐,男,理学博士,副教授。2000年7月本科毕业于北京大学化学与分子工程学院,2005年7月,博士毕业于北京大学化学与分子工程学院。2005年11月-2014年8月先后在Delft University of Technology(荷兰), University of Wyoming(美国), Ume? University(瑞典)做博士后。2014年9月以副教授身份进入大连理工大学人工光合作用研究所开展研究工作。2018年11月,兰州大学化学化工学院聘为副教授。
研究集中于利用半导体材料及其纳米结构用于太阳能转化,钙钛矿薄膜太阳能电池和半导体光电化学是近期研究的重点。着重于研究半导体材料的基础物理化学性质,结合低维纳米材料(薄膜、纳米线、量子点)的可控合成对器件的光电性能调控。本研究组从光伏效应与电致发光过程的微观可逆关系出发来研究光电转化过程。近期目标是在载流子分离驱动力接近于零的高效太阳能电池中验证薄膜光电器件中的光学设计对太阳能电池逼近Shockley-Queisser极限的必要性。迄今在Adv. Energy. Mat., J. Phys. Chem., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Chem. Rev., 等学术期刊发表学术论文二十余篇。
